Přehled: Stovka chystaných novinek pro Disney+ včetně Star Wars a Marvelu

Minulý týden byla oznámena nová sekce Star pro Disney+, která bude zahrnovat obsah určený hlavně pro dospělé. Kromě toho dojde také ke zdražení předplatného až o 20 eur ročně. Zvýšení ceny se Disney snaží ospravedlnit větší nabídkou obsahu. Aktuálně vzniká přibližně deset nových seriálů ze světa Star War, deset nových marvelovek a také několik desítek animovaných titulů od Pixaru. Celkem by se v roce 2021 a v následujících letech měla v Disney+ objevit stovka nových pořadů z vlastní produkce.

 

 

Aktuálně se může Disney+ pochlubit 86,7 miliony předplatiteli, které nasbíralo od svého představení v dubnu 2019. Původní plán přitom zněl, že do roku 2024 bude mít služba 60 až 90 milionů předplatitelů. Proto nyní Disney+ odhaduje dosažení 230 až 260 milionů předplatitelů do roku 2024. Během následujících let chce proto do nového obsahu investovat až 9 miliard dolarů.
